Students who received merit certificates at Monday’s assembly were thrilled to find that Mr K had brought along his scissors for a special treat. Mr K snipped off segments of his tie for each merit certificate recipient to keep, leaving him wearing a very short tie for the rest of the day. This has become a beginning of the year tradition which students love, giggling as they picture Mr K in important meetings for the rest of the day with his ‘mini’tie.
