I would like to express my gratitude for giving me an opportunity to introduce myself here. My name is Adrian Yap. The students call me Pak Adrian. I am extremely happy to be assigned working as the new Indonesian Language Assistant for 2010 at this school because I have received a warm welcome to the school. When I was here for my first day, some students confidently greeted me in Indonesian, that is ‘Selamat Pagi’, which means ‘Good Morning’ in English.
As the new Indonesian Language Assistant for 2010 at Margaret River Senior High School and Primary School, as well as Cowaramup Primary School, I hope the students will become more and more motivated to learn the Indonesian Language. I also hope that through this program, students will be able to speak Indonesian and learn the various Indonesian Cultures.
