On Friday students in Room 15 stepped into the past in a very exciting and very real way! They were made palaeontologists for the day as part of their Endangered and Extinct Inquiry topic.
They had to chip and dig through the ice to discover the bones of different creatures who had been trapped there during the Ice Age!
A big thanks to Deb Salkeld for all help and organisation. The students loved it. 🙂

They did love it! It was great to hear their comments and discussions about what animals they were discovering along the way.
