Last Friday parents and student surfers gathered on the beach for the annual MRPS Faction Surf Comp. The key difference in the way the comp was conducted this year is that students worked as faction teams; only one surfer was allowed in the water at a time and he or she had to tag their team mate to go out into the waves. Wave scores were tallied and the end result was……a win for Forest!
The 2017 MRPS SURF CARNIVAL TROPHY was awarded to the Forest Surfing Team at Monday’s assembly, and you can see some of their stylish moves in their silly photo.
