Year 2/3 and Year 3 Visit to Yallingup Maze
A big thank you to Rob Simons for being our on-site photographer for the morning – great photos! 🙂
Over 90 Margaret River Primary School Years 2/3 and Year 3 students experienced real life puzzles, challenges and mysteries which they had to solve cooperatively, when they visited Yallingup Maze Tuesday of week one.
“This term the students are studying a mysteries and puzzles inquiry unit and the visit to the maze provided a challenging introduction to the course,” said MRPS teacher and excursion organiser Karen Webb.
She said that students found some activities testing, but co-operating in small groups to seek solutions helped them to succeed.
Mrs Webb said that both teachers and students appreciated the assistance accompanying parents provided the groups with, during the excursion.
A big thank you to all parents. Enjoy the slideshow 🙂
Thanks for putting the pics up, geat job, looks like they all had a lot of fun!
