Craig Mainard has come all the way from Broome to take up the position of deputy at Margaret River PS. He says that he is excited and is looking forward to the change, especially the different weather.
Mr. Mainard taught at Roebuck Primary School in Broome for the past seven years as a classroom teacher and IT specialist, as well as holding the position of deputy for one year. He and his wife and daughter have settled in well to Margaret River and are looking forward to the arrival of a new addition to the family in May.
Mr. Mainard’s personal vision in this role is to “work with the community to meet MRPS goals and to do the best for students so that they may reach their potential.” He says, “the Margaret River PS community has been welcoming and supportive.”
We welcome Mr Mainard to MRPS and wish him and his family all the best as they adjust to life down south. 🙂
