Monday’s assembly was hosted by Mrs Jackson and her year 4 students in T5. It was easy to see what their presentation was to be from their colourful and natty Chef’s aprons, made by the CWA ladies (so thank you, ladies). Students vouched for the programme, telling the audience how much they’d learned from the cooking classes before sharing chef jokes. They have made a movie of their experience which we will screen on this blog after Stephanie Alexander’s visit to the school on Wednesday. Well done, super chefs – you are an important part of what makes our school’s Kitchen Garden Kitchen program so successful.
