This week is SCIENCE WEEK and Talliesen has lots in store for us all. Students can participate each day at lunchtime in the Undercover Area (after the eating bell has gone). Tomorrow’s activities are:
Tuesday Lunch: A.F.Os (Amazing Flying Objects) in the undercover area. All students and staff are encouraged to participate in making some strange yet amazing flying objects.
Wednesday Lunch: Foil Boat Challenge in the undercover area.
All students and staff are invited to build a boat from a piece of aluminium foil. How many marbles will your boat hold? Can you beat Emily Anderson’s record of 201 marbles?
Thursday Lunch: The Big Quiz
For students. Teams with up to four people. In the Science Room. Great fun, great challenges and great prizes!
