On Monday Ms Helen had the whole school performing a number of items at our assembly. Rooms 7 and 9 sang the new school song, Year 4s played “Ode to Joy” on their recorders and then the whole school, including Mr K and Carey performed “Overture to Carmen”on a range of percussion instruments. They read the music and came in at all the right places, according to which instrument they were playing, and it sounded beautiful. Here you can see our intrepid musicians hard at work. Well done musicians and Ms Helen. 🙂
