The excitement is mounting as our school bands prepare for the annual MRPS ROCKFEST at Settlers Tavern on Wednesday 23 June (from 5-7pm).
A huge thank you to Scott Wise, who has kindly donated this full size guitar to be raffled at our Rockfest.
Thanks to Jo Cook, who is kindly making up the boards for the raffle. This raffle is a fundraiser for the Music Room.
Settlers Tavern generously match the money raised on the night (raffle excluded). We are so fortunate to have such community-minded sponsors. The Tav crew provide a great service: we receive a free sound technician ( Dave) and venue hire, while the students receive a free meal. Incredible! Thank you Settlers Tavern.
Raffle tickets ($5 each) for the guitar, will be available for one day only, WEDNESDAY 23RD JUNE. Tickets will be available from the Music Room during the day and then at the gig. The raffle will be drawn and the winner announced on the night.

Remember! Entry is free, but due to COVID venue restrictions, you must reserve a ticket, so please use the link below to reserve your seats (but don’t include band members in those numbers).
Important: Students in the bands do not require a ticket, so please, do NOT include them when reserving your free seats. Babies are exempted.

Yes! It’s getting closer! Always a fabulous night. The bands and Melodias are sounding awesome!
If you have inadvertently reserved a ticket for your child ( who is in a band or Bella Melodias) please try and find someone ( relative, friend…) to bring along to use the ticket.
THERE ARE ONLY A SET NUMBER OF FREE TICKETS TO ENTER THE TAVERN. Once they’ve gone, that’s it.
This is due to COVID restrictions.
