On Friday students showed their compassion and empathy for children in the Third World by taking part in World Vision’s 40-Hour Famine. For our students it was an 8-hour experience, with only a paper plate of steamed rice for lunch.
Students were also able to support the fundraiser by bringing a gold coin for rice or free dress. Their enthusiastic participation speaks highly of our students’ willingness to help others less fortunate than they are. Watch this space to see how much money students raised.
