As the hot weather continues, many of us will be swimming and surfing in our beautiful ocean. We had a timely reminder from our visiting Surf Lifeguard, Jim, at assembly on Monday about surf safety and he ran us through how to stay calm if caught in a rip, either until you are able to swim across it or until you can be rescued. He showed us videos on this website. Have a look for yourselves and keep safe in the surf!
