Last Friday the year 5 classes ventured to the historic Wonnerup house in Busselton as part of our Searchers, Seekers and Sowers Inquiry Immersion.
The students were given a fascinating glimpse of life as it was for the Layman family in the early 1800’s. They saw a range of equipment, tools and household furnishings that helped the Layman family to settle in the South West comfortably. Students had the opportunity to sit in the Old School House and reflect on the enormous changes in school life since the pioneers of the Wonnerup area.
