At Monday’s assembly the results of this year’s Fun Run fundraiser were announced. The fantastic figure raised for our ICT and Digital Technologies for 2021 is… (drumroll……)
$28 637.05 !!
Students who raised the highest amount in each class received a special customised Margaret River Primary Water Bottle. Students who raised the highest amount in their year level received a $40 voucher for Gravity. For each $10 raised, students received a raffle ticket – and the winning ticket drawn was for one of our younger students who has now won himself a brand new 32GB 8th Generation iPad! The highest fundraising class was T12, who will be treated to a pizza party for their efforts.
This is our annual fun event which does two things: it builds fitness, comraderie and responsibililty and, it provides much-appreciated funds to purchase digital devices and equipment needed to maintain the high standard of ICT and digital technologies across our school. Thanks to all staff, students, parents and the wider community for their efforts and support.
