Congratulations to our new school leaders!

Last week elections were held at MRPS, where students followed the democratic process: listening to candidates presenting their pitches in election speeches before placing their votes.  Congratulations to our new 2014 student councillors: Angus D, Summer McC, Arian W. and Emma H! 

With the Year 7 move to high school in 2015, Year 6 students were also encouraged to stand for Faction Captains for 2014.  Congratulations to our elected Faction Captains for 2014!  FOREST – Petra and Camilla; OCEAN – Scarlett and James; SUN – Deagan and Jodie; and EARTH – Zac and Molly! 

Well done everybody!  We look forward to a great year with you in your new leadership roles.
