Episode 1 – Interschool Surfing Carnival 2026
Congratulations to our Pod Squad: Kirra, Indie and Ginger for their enthusiasm and for hosting this first episode. It was helpful that Kirra and Indie were in the Kitchen Garden Pod Squad when they were in Year 4, so they knew exactly what to do. Thank you girls, and to Ginger for joining them.
Big thanks too to Emily B and Enid W for writing and performing the flute duets for our intro and outro music. You were very patient, persevered and did a good job. Well done!
Last, but not least a huge thank you to Courtenay Gray for all his work every year to organise and lead this popular event, and for being our guest in this podcast, sharing the story of the Surf Carnival over the years.
